On Saturday I went to Hobby Lobby on a mission, to look for display pieces for my antique booth. Well.........I found a few things, but I also bought goodies to use in the house as well. I did stay out of the bead aisle, aren't you proud of me.
A garden ball, for the living room coffee table.
a mini bird bath for the antique booth, I will fill it with little things, keys ,glass prisms, cracker jack charms, dice, marbles or something else small. I'm always looking for containers to put things in that add to the look of the display. I also bought a couple of wire baskets to hold brass numbers and wooden blocks. All of their metal was on sale.
On Sunday Sue and I went antiquing, and I bought a few more things to sell, keep and for display.

and my buy of the day the Saucy Squirrel book. Sell,sell sell. The black velvet pillow is also for display.
I bought a few other things but ran out of sunny daylight to photograph in. A couple of sewing drawers, a mourning pin, a brass buckle, just to name a few.
